After compiling the results of our support desk surveys over the last 2 years i’m ecstatic to say that 97.2% customer satisfaction has been met,  far surpassing the benchmark for the industry average.

Precisely the help, support and assurance we needed

I am writing to thank you, Barry and Richard for the smooth, efficient and successful installation of the new computer hardware and software at the BPA Office last month.

Especial thanks are due for your positive attitude  to solving the technical problems around running our current database (a program now of some 12′ years vintage) on the new system.

Your can-do, not-to-be-defeated approach of working hard to evolve and apply solutions, and your assurance if Plan A does not work, we found hugely reassuring. This was precisely the help, support and assurance we needed at a time when our core office administration systems were entirely dependent on a successful install.

The install went much better than I dared have hoped! We were nervous because we were expecting the kind of problems we had experience over the years on previous installs or software upgrades with other suppliers (loss of files or data). And this was a whole new system – hardware, software, server, terminals – all in one go. It is with grateful relief that I can report that none of these problems occurred.

I should also like to commend your technically-led approach to sales, in which I found such welcome relief from in-your-face, badgering sales people; and your colleagues’ genuine all-round help and support.

In summary, the install went supremely well and we are most grateful all all at Computerlink.
