Service Desk & On-site Support
We use a leading IT service management software to ticket all service and support requests, which can be placed by either telephone or email. For a prompt resolution to 1st line support requests you can speak to an experienced technical engineer immediately who will try to resolve the issue remotely. Escalation processes are in place for more complex requests and critical incidents which are serviced by our 3rd line team and include on-site visits, where required.

Rapid Response Times
All managed contracts are backed by Service Level Agreements ensuring rapid response times and complete peace of mind. Choose from a 4 or 8 hour response and an on-call out of hours service for business-critical incidents.

Proactive Defence
As part of our service we will proactively manage and monitor your devices and network to identify and address vulnerabilities before they affect productivity or constitute a risk to your business. We use a best in breed Remote Monitoring and Management Software to routinely scan for performance issues and enforce patch policies to ensure all system software is kept up to date to reduce security threats.

IT Strategies
As an added value service to all our Managed Support clients, we will also report and advise on IT strategy and the changing demands of the modern workplace, and help with IT related HR matters, such as onboarding new employees, managing leavers and educating end users with regard to corporate policies and safe working practices.
