I am writing to thank Computerlink for the smooth, efficient and successful installation of the new computer hardware and software at the BPA Head Office. Especial thanks are due for your positive attitude to solving the technical problems around running our current database (a program now of some 12′ years vintage) on the new system. Your can-do, not-to-be-defeated approach of working hard to evolve and apply solutions, and your assurance if Plan A does not work, we found hugely reassuring. This was precisely the help, support and assurance we needed at a time when our core office administration systems were entirely dependent on a successful install. The install went much better than I dared have hoped! We were nervous because we were expecting the kind of problems we had experience over the years on previous installs or software upgrades with other suppliers (loss of files or data). And this was a whole new system – hardware, software, server, terminals – all in one go. It is with grateful relief that I can report that none of these problems occurred. I should also like to commend your technically-led approach to sales, in which I found such welcome relief from in-your-face, badgering sales people; and your colleagues’ genuine all-round help and support. In summary, the install went supremely well and we are most grateful to all at Computerlink.
We have worked with Computerlink for over 30 years and during this time, they have successfully carried out a number of installation projects at the Centre from Infrastructure cabling to whiteboard and server installation, as well as re-configuring a Centre wide WiFi system and a cloud based service provision linked to our telephone system. We have been particularly impressed with their ability to provide essential technical expertise at nearly all times of our extended opening hours whilst meeting deadlines and delivering on budget. The care and conduct with which they have carried out this work has been exemplary and they have undertaken this work, at all times, with a great deal of understanding, care and professionalism, with nothing too small or insignificant to be successfully resolved. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them for your positive consideration.
The IT support provided over the past 10 years has been exceptional. We rely on our IT infrastructure to work around the clock. Response time is speedy and the customer service second to none.
